About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established and highly respected General Contractor operating across Alberta, is expanding and seeking experienced Project Managers with ICI construction experience to join their growing teams in Calgary, Edmonton, and across Alberta. Multiple opportunities are available due to continued project growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work.
These roles offer the opportunity to lead a variety of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use construction projects from pre-construction through to successful completion. Project Managers will play a key role in driving project delivery, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and trade partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
These positions are ideal for professionals who enjoy taking ownership of projects, solving challenges in real time, and leading teams in dynamic construction environments. With multiple roles available, there are opportunities to work on projects of varying scale and complexity while contributing to a strong and collaborative construction team.
About You
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to project delivery, high energy
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in ICI construction
- Experience delivering projects typically ranging from $20M to $100M+
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project management processes
- Experience working with CCDC contracts and construction documentation
- Proven ability to coordinate consultants, sub-trades, and internal project teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is considered an asset

- Competitive salary based on experience with a base range of $120,000 to $150,000
