About You
- You’re motivated, driven, and take pride in delivering successful projects
- You have proven experience working with a General Contractor on comparable ICI projects
- You’re collaborative by nature, with strong communication skills that build trust across teams
- You lead with a safety-first mindset and are passionate about maintaining high standards on-site
- You know how to bring stakeholders together to keep projects on track and milestones met
- You bring hands-on experience across ICI construction, including interiors and new builds
- You’re open and flexible to travel across Southwestern Ontario
