We are working with an employee-owned, highly respected builder operating across the Vancouver / Lower Mainland, known for delivering complex, high-value ICI projects with a disciplined, collaborative approach.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Providing executive oversight on large-scale ICI projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Leading, mentoring, and holding Project Managers and teams accountable across multiple projects
- Owning operational performance: profitability, schedule, quality, and delivery
- Acting as the senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Working closely with senior leadership on strategy, pursuits, and business growth
- Supporting pre-construction efforts, including client engagement and project positioning
- Driving disciplined execution across all phases of construction
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 12+ years of experience within a General Contractor environment (ICI focus)
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in the $50M+ range
- Strong leadership experience managing multiple teams and projects
- Deep understanding of construction delivery methods (CM, Design-Build, IPD experience considered an asset)
- A leadership style rooted in accountability, ownership, and leading from the front
- Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Experience in the Vancouver / Lower Mainland market is strongly preferred
