Our client, an established and growing General Contractor with a strong presence across Ontario, is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to help lead a diverse portfolio of ICI and multi-family residential projects ranging from $5M to $80M+. Their office is based in the Niagara Region, supporting projects across Southwestern Ontario and beyond.
With a recent project award in the multi-family space, our client is hiring a well-rounded Senior Project Manager, preferably with high-rise and ICI experience to manage this project.
About You
The successful canddate will have the following:
- You’re an experienced Senior Project Manager with full-cycle project experience and a track record of delivering complex builds successfully
- You bring proven experience working with a General Contractor or Construction Manager on comparable ICI and or multi-family residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset – you know great projects are built by great teams
- A high level of motivation and personal drive to succeed
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality construction projects
- Experience across ICI and multi-family projects
About the Job
You will take ownership of projects from preconstruction to completion, leading planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and milestones are consistently met. Your ability to balance big picture thinking with attention to detail will be key to your success.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients, acting as a trusted leader who drives performance and delivers results.
On offer is a base salary in the $140,000 to $160,000 range, a great medical benefits package and profit sharing.
