As an accomplished Project Manager, you’ve delivered complex builds before. Now, you’re ready to take the lead on projects commercial and institutional projects with budgets ranging from $10-30M.

In this role, you will:
- Take full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial and institutional projects
- Collaborate with owners, consultants, trades, and your project team to ensure success from start to finish
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality standards with precision and care
- Maintain strong, respectful relationships with all stakeholders, earning trust through transparency and professionalism
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Has demonstrable experience working with a general contractor on $40M+ commercial and/or institutional builds
- Brings a passion for delivering exceptional results and seeing projects through to successful completion
- Excels at collaboration and communication at every level of a project
