About the Opportunity
LRO Staffing has partnered with an established Ottawa general contractor that specializes in ICI new builds, renovations, and fit ups. Our client is a mid sized contractor that is seeking an experienced coordinator that they can invest in long term as they grow as an organization.
This position is responsible for assisting the project manager and superintendent with all aspects of managing and delivering both current & upcoming lCI construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling
- Expedite, track, and process Shop Drawings
- Expedite and Track Subtrade Documentation
- Issue and tracking of Change Orders
- Issue Site Instructions and archive Project Files
- Take meeting minutes
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Construction related degree/diploma preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of ICU experience with a general contractor
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of construction methods, scheduling and plans reading
About the Job
This role is a full-time permanent position based in the east end of Ottawa. The company offering competitive salary of between $60,000 to $80,000 together with a comprehensive benefits package, RRSP, and bonus potential. If you are a high achiever with the requisite experience, apply now!
