About the Opportunity
A leading condo developer based in mid-town Toronto is seeking a motivated, ambitious Project Coordinator to join this established team. This firm has been developing and building iconic condo developments in the best neighbourhoods in Toronto for over a decade and has thousands of units in the pipeline for future development. The teams are well supported and you will be assigned a project from excavation through to substantial occupancy and have the mentorship and leadership to help you grow professionally. This is an excellent firm to put down roots and take your career to the next level.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- High-rise construction experience – completing a full cycle is an asset
- Highly organized, strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team setting
- Ambitious, motivated and passionate about real estate development
- Degree/Diploma in construction, engineering or architecture
