About the Opportunity
This one’s a bit different. Our client, a general contractor with ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) work underway across Western Canada, wants to build a bench of Site Superintendents in Red Deer, Kelowna, and Edmonton.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Run day-to-day site operations on an active ICI project
- Manage trades, subcontractors, and site staff to keep work on schedule
- Own the site safety program and ensure OH&S compliance
- Handle site logistics, sequencing, and material deliveries
- Complete quality inspections and manage deficiencies
- Keep daily site records accurate and current
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 5+ years running ICI job sites as a Site Superintendent
- Strong grasp of relevant building codes and safety regulations
- Comfortable managing multiple trades at once
- Confident leader who holds subcontractors accountable
- Open to working in Red Deer, Kelowna, or Edmonton
About the Job
This posting covers several live opportunities across Western Canada, with base salaries generally in the $90,000 to $135,000 range depending on location and experience, plus benefits and long-term growth, matched to the right fit.
