About the Opportunity
On behalf of our client, an employee-owned national general contractor with a busy and growing Ontario Buildings group, we are searching for an Operations Manager to lead their major ICI projects across the province. This is a chance to own complex, high-value builds from preconstruction through handover, with a team that takes the work seriously and enjoys the ride.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

- You Bring Sector Range, or the Appetite for It. Experience across some of complex ICI environments is a real asset. Just as valuable is the curiosity to learn and master what each one demands
- You Communicate with Purpose. Clients trust you, colleagues respect you, and issues do not linger under your watch. You bring clarity when the work gets complex
- You Think Long-Term. You care about mentoring the people around you and building teams that outlast any single project. You want to contribute to something bigger, and to be rewarded for it
