Parker Huggett is partnering with an established and highly respected General Contractor that continues to secure major project awards across Southern Ontario. With a strong backlog of work already underway and additional recently awarded projects moving into execution, the need for experienced Senior Project Managers has never been greater.
This is your opportunity to join a busy, growing organization based in East York, with a long history of delivering complex and meaningful projects throughout Ontario. Their portfolio includes institutional facilities, post-secondary developments, seniors housing, affordable and low-income housing, major renovations, interior fit-outs, and ground-up new construction projects ranging from $10M to $100M+.

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- You are a construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team that tackles challenging work
- Demonstrable experience working for a General Contractor or Construction Management firm
- A proven track record delivering ICI construction projects, including interiors, renovations, and ground-up new builds
- Strong leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to drive successful outcomes
- A motivated, solutions-focused mindset with the drive to succeed
- Experience with Design-Build, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), or other collaborative project delivery models is considered a strong asset
