    About the Opportunity

    We’re partnered with a highly organized and values-driven builder with a growing presence in multi-family residential construction across Calgary.

    Known for their structured approach, strong internal systems, and emphasis on accountability, quality, and relationships, this team delivers consistent work across wood-frame and mid-rise residential projects.

    They’re looking to add a Project Coordinator who thrives in a process-driven environment and can support project teams through all phases of delivery, from early coordination through to closeout.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Manage and maintain project documentation workflows (RFIs, shop drawings, submittals, change orders) with a high level of accuracy and accountability
    • Support planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking across multi-family projects
    • Assist with procurement processes including subcontract issuance and tracking long-lead items
    • Contribute to cost tracking, budget reporting, and monthly forecasting
    • Review and support approval of subcontractor and supplier invoices
    • Coordinate with consultants, developers, and trades to resolve project issues and maintain communication flow
    • Track deficiencies, maintain logs, and support QA/QC processes through finishing and turnover
    • Assist in project closeout including documentation, turnover packages, and final reporting
    • Support and uphold safety standards, company policies, and site compliance

    About You

    The successful candidate will have the following:

    • 2–5+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within multi-family or residential construction
    • Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination workflows
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a structured environment
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
    • Comfortable working within established systems and processes
    • Motivated to grow within a company that values accountability, continuous improvement, and strong working relationships

    About the Job

    Our client, a well-established and growing general contractor in the Calgary market, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of ICI construction projects ranging from approximately $5M to $60M. This role will focus on commercial, institutional, and light industrial builds, managing multiple projects and teams across the full project lifecycle.

    This is an opportunity to join a reputable builder with a strong pipeline of secured work and a track record of delivering quality projects across the Calgary market.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Lead full-cycle project management across ICI construction projects ($5M-$60M)
    • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from pre-construction through closeout
    • Manage and mentor Project Managers, Coordinators, and project teams
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Monitor financial performance including cost control, forecasting, and reporting
    • Identify and mitigate project risks while driving overall project strategy

    About You

    The successful candidate will have the following:

    • 8-15+ years of construction experience within ICI construction

    • Solid financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
