About the Opportunity

An Okanagan-based general contractor is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their small, close-knit ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) construction team in Kelowna.

It’s a tight team where a coordinator’s work actually gets noticed, not just admin in a big machine.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Support the Project Manager on the day-to-day running of ICI projects
• Track RFIs, submittals, and drawing revisions
• Coordinate subtrade scheduling, purchase orders, and deliveries
• Help build budgets, schedules, and progress reports
• Keep project documentation and filing organized
• Communicate directly with subtrades, consultants, and clients

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

• 2+ years as a Project Coordinator in ICI construction
• Sharp attention to detail and strong follow-through
• Comfortable with project management or scheduling software
• Confident written and verbal communicator
• Construction Management education is an asset

About the Job

This is a permanent role with a base salary in the $70,000 to $90,000 range depending on experience, plus benefits, based in Kelowna.
