About the Opportunity

If you are an experienced Chief Estimator who enjoys leading teams, winning work, and shaping the front end of major construction projects, this is an opportunity where you will have real influence on project strategy, pricing, and company growth.

In this role, you will lead the estimating team through complex tenders and preconstruction pursuits across institutional, commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential projects. • Own assigned projects from award through closeout across commercial, residential, and envelope/restoration work, not a single project type on repeat
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and consultants directly, not filtered through an account layer
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow, and call the corrective action yourself when a number moves
• Tender and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts; manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Coordinate directly with site superintendents and field staff so drawings and specs actually hold on site
